Sunday Supper: A simple, hearty, Spanish Style Dish: Garbanzos con Col Berza, y Chorizo: Chick pea Stew with Cabbage, Chorizo , and Kale I use dried fresh Chick Peas (shhh- ive used canned before) 1 Large Can of Chick Peas 1 Bunch Kale Leaves 1/4 of Green Cabbage cut in quarters 2-3 Chorizo ( spanish sausage, or use other type) Olive Oil Salt, pepper to Taste Combine all with a can 1/2 of Water , except Veggies Lightly Boil those in seperate pan until Tender, then add to the stew. Serve with Crusty Bread and a Glass of Merlot 😉
